The easiest way to reach Gili Air is by fast boat from Bali or Lombok.

From Bali, boats depart from Padangbai, Sanur, or Serangan, taking about 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on sea conditions.
From Lombok, you can reach the island in just 10–15 minutes by boat from Bangsal Harbor.
